Is it necessary to book in advance the scooter rental?
Yes, we recommend booking your scooter rental at least 24 hours in advance, especially in high season. This way you ensure availability and better prices.
What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle in Ibiza?
It depends on the type of vehicle:
- For 50cc scooters: minimum 18 years old.
- For large motorcycles or cars: 21, 23 or 30 years old, depending on the category.
Can an additional driver be added to the contract?
Yes, you can add one or more additional drivers. All must meet the age and license requirements. An additional cost may apply depending on the insurance contracted in the vehicle rental.
What documentation do I need to rent a vehicle in Ibiza?
- Identity document (ID card or passport).
- Driving license valid in Spain (international license if you are not from the EU).

Where is the pick up and delivery of the vehicle?
You can pick up or return your vehicle at our office in the center of Ibiza (Carrer Ramon Muntaner 45) or request delivery at Ibiza Airport or other locations on the island. Some locations may have an additional cost.
What happens if I am late in returning the rented car or motorcycle?
You have 1 hour of courtesy. After that time, the cost of an additional day applies. Significant delays may be considered misuse.
Can I take the motorcycle or car out of Ibiza?
No. All our insurance and assistance services are only available within the island. Leaving Ibiza with the vehicle without authorization cancels the coverage.
Can I drive on rural or unpaved roads?
Driving on unpaved roads is not allowed. Any damage caused off-road is not covered by the insurance.
What should I do if I have a breakdown or accident with the vehicle?
You should immediately contact our assistance team. If you have taken out Premium insurance, assistance is included free of charge. With the basic insurance, a surcharge for the service may apply.

All rentals include a basic insurance with excess. You can take out Premium insurance to extend the coverage and eliminate the excess in case of damage.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and cash (according to current legal regulations). Some reservations require partial or full prepayment to be confirmed.
Is a deposit required to rent a vehicle at Yes Mobility?
Yes, we request a deposit, the amount of which depends on the type of vehicle and the insurance contracted. The deposit is blocked on your card and is released after the vehicle is returned, once the condition of the vehicle has been checked.
